Chelsea's Delivery service LLC provides laundry services, packages/products/food deliveries and medical services. Chelsea's Delivery Services LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items once they are delivered to the customer's property or designated drop off location, it is the customers responsibility to ensure items are retrieved promptly after delivery, but our effort is to handle all items with care!

The company is not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, or wear resulting from normal cleaning processes.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, unforeseen circumstances, by using Chelsea's Delivery Services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy - the basics

No Refunds unless discussed with owner. 

Please contact before 24hours to reschedule you can text or email with name.

 you get half refund if items were delivered wrong

No refund if items are taken, stolen, lost or damaged after being delivered/and or if customer provided an incorrect address or delivery information. 

Filing a claim

Customers must report service concerns no matter what within in 24hours of delivery or pickup. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for review.
